Joerg Liphard is an associate principal in the Business Transformation practice at The Hackett Group, with 20 years of experience in consulting. He leads the Business Transformation solution for DACH, Nordics and Central Europe. Joerg specializes in business advisory across general and administrative (G&A) processes and G&A operating models. He has worked on projects for numerous global clients in several industries, including pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, transportation and automotive. Before joining The Hackett Group, Joerg worked for Arthur Andersen Business Consulting and Deloitte Business Consulting in the finance and operations practices.

Adelheid Moxon, Digital Lead Scale-up and Acceleration, Holcim MAQER

Adelheid is our expert on Digital Transformation & Change Management. Having spent 20 years at Holcim, she has held various positions and is now part of the Digital Transformation unit - Holcim MAQER - helping drive the digital innovation framework particularly focusing on Skill Building and Change Management. Adelheid is married with 3 children and has supported different causes as a volunteer.
