Maria Teresa's passion for innovation has fueled an impressive career journey. She honed her marketing skills, then spent the past decade building expertise in e-commerce across diverse industries.
Maria Teresa started in the world of B2C luxury retail at Swarovski, focusing on campaign planning and delivery and platform enhancements. Her drive to push boundaries led her to the B2B life sciences sector. There, she now thrives as a leader, defying convention and bringing a unique perspective to the traditionally male-dominated IT field. Her experience navigating e-commerce in both B2C luxury and B2B life sciences, while adapting strategies across such different industries, provides her with invaluable insights on digital transformation.
Beyond her professional pursuits, she loves camping and listen to music!
Stefanie De Roquancourt, E-commerce Commercial Lead, Tecan
Stefanie brings over 13 years of omnichannel marketing and CRM expertise to the table, having thrived in dynamic industries like airlines, luxury retail, and now life sciences. Her journey began at Air France KLM, where she acquired her skills in marketing, customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty programs. This experience proved invaluable as she moved to Swarovski and developed the growth of their loyalty program across the Asia-Pacific region. During the pandemic lockdowns, she effectively capitalized on the shift towards e-commerce sales and transitioned to a global Go-to-Market role.
This period also saw her become a mother of her second son, prompting a re-evaluation of her career aspirations and personal goals. Returning from maternity leave, she embarked on a new journey at Tecan, first focusing on service and consumables marketing and then transitioned to E-commerce Commercial Lead. In her current role, she is developing and executing e-commerce strategies to drive sales growth, increase customer engagement and optimize user experience.
She is a full-time working mother of two young boys. She and her full-time working husband are champions for equality, sharing household duties and responsibilities equally. She is actively involved in organizations like Women in Digital Switzerland and the newly launched Female Leaders in Life Science Lean In Circle (Zurich).
Michelle Aichele, Senior Software Product Manager, Tecan
Michelle is dedicated to delivering digital solutions that truly resonate with what end customers need in the lab.
In her current role as Senior Product Manager at Tecan Switzerland she’s all about bringing innovative digital tools to life. Her mission? To create innovative and highly valuable software solutions for users, leveraging her background in laboratory automation and more than 10 years of experience in product management and marketing.
Her journey began as a trained biomedical scientist in St. Gallen, Switzerland, where she gained experience in clinical laboratory automation. Having always had an affinity for enhancing laboratory processes and automation she is passionate to make things better in the lab, especially when it comes to automating lab workflows and processes, and she’s been doing this at Tecan for 17 years.
Digitalization is changing how labs work as same as we see it in our private lives and Michelle is working with her team and customers to make the most of it.
Beyond her professional life, she loves enjoying active time in the nature, especially in the mountains and close to the water.
Hal Wehrenberg, Vice President Digital Transformation, Tecan
As Co-Chief Digital Innovation and Transformation Officer, Hal shares the responsibility of shaping Tecan’s digital strategy, building new product verticals, and helping the organization update tools and processes for efficiency at scale. Hal’s journey at Tecan began in the US, where his hands-on experience in coast-to-coast service roles provided him with a deep understanding of Tecan’s role in end users' labs. This led to the opportunity to move to Switzerland in 2010 to join and eventually lead the product management team before transitioning to his current role.
Throughout his career, Hal has always been excited about digital change, spearheading initiatives such as the AI Exploration Forum, AR sales pilot, VR Training PoC, Introspect, and remote service pilots. Prior to playing with robots for work, Hal was the business manager at Northlight Theatre in Chicago. He holds a B.A. in Theatre & Television Arts and Music Performance from Valparaiso University.
Outside of work, Hal is a proud father of two young daughters and is passionate about creating a world where they can thrive and achieve their full potential.
Lucía Bruzzone, Phd, Product Manager Detection, Cell Imaging & Analytics, Tecan
Lucía Bruzzone is a trained biologist with a passion for cancer research and laboratory automation. Lucía's journey began in her hometown of Buenos Aires, where she immersed herself in the study of tumor biology. She later pursued a Ph.D. in molecular biology in Paris, deepening her understanding of the field.
As Lucía transitioned into the industry, she joined Tecan as an application specialist, where she mastered automation of cell culture applications and nurtured collaboration among cross-functional teams. Now, as product manager for Tecan's Spark Cyto, Lucía continues to drive innovation, helping bring cutting-edge solutions to scientists worldwide.
In addition to her professional achievements, Lucía is also a devoted mother to two young children, skillfully balancing the demands of both her career and family life.
Alexandra Trudnowski, CSO EMEA & Head of DACH; dentsu health
Previously for five years Managing Director of leading German healthcare agency MW Office, a dentsu company, Trudnowski is now leading dentsu health in the DACH region as CSO EMEA & Head of DACH for dentsu health, with the responsibility of supporting and developing new and organic business opportunities by driving growth through collaboration across multiple capabilities in Creative, Media, CXM and BX within all dentsu agencies. She will work closely within the dentsu health Global and EMEA Executive Leadership Team to frame health-focused strategies that deliver full-service sustainable and integrated client solutions.
Trudnowski is an outstanding healthcare specialist with more than 17 years of healthcare experience in Rx, OTC and DTC, with a strong strategic and digital focus. Previously, she was a member of the management board as Head of Strategy & Consulting at the management consultancy in//touch with focus on Omni-Channel. Prior to that, she was VP European Marketing at InVentiv Health (now Syneos Health), where she built up the European network. Trudnowski is also a member of the advisory board of Healthcare Frauen e. V. where she volunteers for better healthcare in Germany.
Kim Greisen, Salesforce Solution Manager
Kim has throughout his career been driving digital transformation within Telecom, Shipping, Finance and Healthcare industries. Experienced as CTO, Program Director and International Delivery lead heading large global project implementations and rollouts. The past decade specializing in Life Sciences - mainly centred around Commercial Excellence and integration of the Salesforce platform eco-system. Years of consulting experience has founded a solid understanding of core business processes, compliance requirements and regulations.
He holds a M.Sc.EE and has a unique skill set for grasping and presenting complex topics, bridging between Business, compliance, and IT. Kim enjoys acting as trusted advisor, derive innovative solutions with an entrepreneurial approach, diving into the details when needed and zoom out embracing the bigger picture and vision.
Previously, as competitive athlete in extreme sports, Kim has won several world championship medals. Based on these achievements he has been giving speeches on subjects like high-performance teams and motivation.
