About the event

In today’s fast-paced world, burnout has become a growing concern, affecting not only our mental well-being but also our physical health and professional productivity. This talk aims to help participants recognize the early signs of burnout and offer practical steps for managing and overcoming it.

Event Agenda

Introduction The Ticino chapter team of Women in Digital Switzerland (Francesca Sanfilippo, Renata Moshkovich and Francesca Catino) will introduce the event. The two chapter leads, Francesca Sanfilippo and Renata Moshkovich will present WDS to the public.

Francesca Betteni will introduce the event and will conduct a brief 10 minute stress-level assessment tool to help attendees gauge their current stress levels. This opener will help attendees gauge their current stress levels and set the stage for deeper discussions.

First Talk: Recognizing Burnout Symptoms

Leila Dressi will guide attendees through the symptoms of burnout and explore the potential consequences of failing to address them. She will outline common signs, such as physical and emotional exhaustion, and highlight the risks of untreated burnout. An introduction to coping strategies will follow, leading into the next talk.
